STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving reasonable notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment so there is no source of income being received, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive a service. This would also allow us to be compensated for that time slot.. Cancellations without 48-hour notice will incur the full charge for late arrivals that also prevent us from providing you for the services you have booked. Thank you for your understanding. Gift certificates will automatically be voided for the missed appointments or late cancellations.
